Apart from blogging on here and sending out the odd tweet, what does Social Tech Solutions Ltd. actually do?

We set up Startup-Meetup with a couple of associates. (A networking group for entrepreneurs, investors and online marketeers)

We’re working on a couple of (currently) secret online projects…

AND

We offer Social Media Marketing consultancy, via web and marketing agencies.  If you’d like to know more about how we could help your business, please read our service offerings document. (PDF)

The first Startup-Meetup

Thanks and hello to everyone who turned up for the first startup-meetup @ blend coffee shop in Christchurch.  You never really know who’s going to turn up or what’ll happen at these kind of events, I was pleased that we had a good turn out and that all involved seem to take something good away.

We’re using the twitter hashtag #supmup, here’s some of the comments from those who attended:

One of the projects I’m involved with at the moment is startup-meetup, kind of like the London OpenCoffee but with a slightly wider scope.

This is NOT another of the usual Dorset networking events, if you’re looking for clients or to make a sales pitch for your services, this IS NOT the group for you.

Startup-meetup is a place to go and discuss your new venture, to meet people who might help you to grow and perhaps gain some investment for your project.
