Wow, I’ve been staggered by the amount of bad customer experience I’ve had this last week or so – I’m writing this entry partly as a personal exorcism and then I’ll summarise at the end what I would of done differently in their shoes.

In the interests of research, I thought I’d go down to the T-mobile flashmob singalong in Bournemouth square, to test drive the Flip Mino.
Anyone involved in marketing needs to be attending this kind of event, to see what motivates a crowd to turn up and participate with a brand in this way.
My camera work is pretty poor, but I’m sure it’ll improve as I get used to using the flip.
